I had been in contact with CS Computer Solutions in relation to a large gaming PC upgrade I had been saving for over a very long period of time.

In the past I had made changes myself, however I found the process to be stressful. because of this I decided to invest in some assistance the next time I wanted to upgrade.

I had spoken to Charlie and from the first moment we spoke, he was kind, understanding and was very open and invested in the upgrades I had proposed.

From here, I provided a list of parts I wished to be installed which Charlie took the time to look over and suggest any improvements, in terms of both price and performance.

Once agreed, Charlie sent me a quote with the proposed price which was very reasonable. I was also informed that the upgrade involved a 12 month warranty, so if in the unlikely event my computer had any issues, they would be able to help.

From the day the computer was dropped off, it took in total 8-9 days for the upgrade to be complete and ready to collect. Due to time constraints, I asked if they would be able to hold onto the PC for a couple days, before I could collect to which they were understanding and happy to do so.

When the PC was collected, I was also provided with the old parts that were removed, and these were in anti-static bags and boxed ready to go.

The PC itself runs like a dream, and is something I am very happy and satisfied with. The whole process was stress free and I would definitely recommend CS Computer Solutions to anyone who has need of PC repairs and upgrades.

I would like to thank Charlie again for all your help, you have helped fulfil a long term dream of mine which I am ecstatic to finally have 🙂

Just had a very reasonably priced, excellent desktop PC supplied by Charlie. Transfer of all files, etc. from the old machine and a home visit to install were all included in the price. Charlie offers a first class personalised service to all customers as I have found out on previous visits to his shop for IT problems. We are lucky to have such a friendly, competent IT expert in our town. Trust Charlie:- your IT needs are in safe and honest hands.

I would like to highly recommend Charlie as he understood my computer needs and grasped what the problems were and
what results I was aiming for and not every person I have consulted with who offer computer support do actually resolve things. He resolved all the computer issues in a timely and efficient way and again I am so pleased to find someone who knows their stuff. My computer was on a go slow and it was about to crash and it needed to be cleared of a lot of files and also updated to windows 10 and all my email accounts and previous functionality needed to be put back. My hardware was also cleaned internally. It wasn't an easy fix but Charlie managed it and I will definitely be using him again and for my once a year computer check. I also found that he was competively priced.
