I am so happy that I found this beauty academy! Denise is such a great teacher! She teaches thoroughly and with such patience! I’ve attended 4 courses with her and I have left each one with such great knowledge. Thank you so much for everything Denise! I will always recommend you and your academy!

Turned up for app and no one was there, it was closed. No notification or anything to warn me in advance. Later received notification of cancellation of app. A similar thing has happened twice where my app was cancelled/venue was closed. Not reliable!

I was so impressed with my treatment I started composing this review in my mind as I was having my lashes done!
Getting to the venue was easy and quick from my house. Getting there early meant I had to wait for my appointment which wasn't too long. Parking around the surrounding area was not difficult. There are free parking spaces on side streets and directly opposite the venue across the road.
The venue was well presented and the ambience inviting. Denise the owner was very lovely and came out to say hello and to and inform me that I had to wait a little longer for my appointment.
When it was time to see me I was ushered into a lovely spa room and invited to lie on the bed where one of the therapists started working on my eyelashes.
My goodness it took almost 3 hours! She was very thorough and gentle. This is the longest time my eyelids have been shut and I wasn’t sleeping. The music was the kind of genre I enjoyed and luckily I went there with my friend.
She kept my company and was able to attend to any call that came.
Denise was such a lovely host and made us feel very welcome.
As this was my first time getting my lashes done, I was nervous but the beauty therapist, Denise and my friend Faiza reassured me and explained the steps to me. I did nit realise how long the process was but it was well worth it! I loved the final look.
It was a discounted rate as I got it off Groupon!
I got a history lesson on eyelashes too.
Denise runs the beauty academy and one can gain a qualification in different beauty courses there as well.
Thanks so much to Denise and her team.
You all are amazing.
Denise was very professional and courteous.
She made us feel very welcome and the service provided was above expectations.
I am looking forward to going back there again 😀 I will be bringing my friends 😊

I bought a groupon voucher for eyelash extension and it was an absolute bargain and amazing customer care overall and her salon is so stylish and professional I literally didn’t want to leave. Denise trained me and she is an absolutely lovely, kind and passionate woman she takes pride in her work to make sure everything was done to a great standard which I appreciate so much very rarely do you come across a fantastic boss lady like Denise! Literally taught me every technique, gave me all the vendors, was very practical when teaching and she gave me a whole booklet guide when I got my qualification. I’m finally starting my journey to be a eyelash technician all thanks to this stunning woman! I’m so happy with my training , if I want to do any more beauty courses in the future I’ll definitely be coming back here! I recommend D academy of beauty 100%. Thank you so much for your training.

Denise is amazing at her job. She is very gentle and does treatments at a very high quality. I have had many treatments done such as lash extensions, lash lift and eyebrow shaping. She has always been very consistent with her work since I have been going to her for almost 5 years. Definitely worth the experience.
