Daniel is great! He is very personable yet very professional. He really creates a workout with exercises that are tailored to you as an individual. Daniel makes sure you do the exercises correctly everytime. Daniel is great at what he does! He is kind, patient and understands what your limits are, but at the same time, also encourages you to achieve your goals.
