I went back to the DBWS today, 10 weeks after major abdominal surgery. I felt very anxious, but was put at ease as soon as I walked through the doors by Darren's sense of humour and other members being so welcoming. Darren has set up a customised programme for me to follow to help recovery and build my strength back up. He's very knowledgeable and supportive. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Brilliant place to go and train. Darren is knowledgeable and varies every training session up to make sessions fun and enjoyable. Jayden and Judith are very professional and knowledgeable too. Would recommend this service to anyone 👍

Fantastic gym my daughter has been coming to performance academy for over 2 years and absolutely loves it she has really come out her shell and this is due to the amazing work Darren and Jayden have done with her I would 100 percent recommend Darren Bettison Wellbeing Service to anyone

He is very approachable and will always tailor the service he provides to your particular needs. He was a godsend during lockdown keeping everyone motivated. Wow!! what an experience ! Ive just been for my sports massage as I’ve got trouble with my shoulder from work, I walked in Darren was there with a smiley face and instantly made me feel really comfortable , no meat heads banging grunting or clanging weights lots of kids doing some training it was lovely to see , just what LadyBrook Community needs ,Darren was very professional chatted & told me about every muscle that he was working on and god did I have some stubborn ones!! Darren soon sorted them out though and by the time he’d finished I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep , Darren made me feel really comfortable relaxed was really professional , the place is clean ,plenty of parking easy to find but most of all has a really friendly environment/feel unlike some “fitness “ places that are quite intimidating to some “quieter “
Shy”‘people , I’m quite looking forward to joining him and his colleagues for some well-being training very soon 😊

I just wanted to share what fabulous service I have received and trained with Darren for many years.

Darren works with clients and I never am disappointed with the training.

Darren pushes and motivates us all and especially in lockdown and I have seen results myself and highly recommend.

Sessions are fun but also hard a d challenging at times.

Darren has really helped me after i had a motorbike accident and my ankle was burnt down to the bone, he's worked on strengthen my legs but also worked on my back. He is a really nice guy who is professional but also funny 😄. He has made such a difference to my recovery I would really recommend him 👍🏃‍♀️🦵
