I trained with Andy myself for almost 2 years and really can’t praise him and his efforts enough, not only has he completely changed my relationship with health and fitness but has helped me completely change my body and self confidence inside and out of the gym. He has gone above and beyond what I pay him a number of times to ensure I’ve any and all additional support outside of our sessions. Really nice and inclusive community he’s managed to build, happy to call myself a part of it

Great little set up with a large variety of equipment along with a changing room. Worked with Andy for many years now, always available whenever I need advice on the gym, nutrition or anything for that matter. I wouldn’t be where I am now without his guidance over the years, he’s worth every penny. Highly recommend his expertise and training practice, all in all excellent value for money.

Andy is a very knowledgeable and approachable PT, he will make sure that you feel comfortable even if you have never stepped foot into a gym before. Andy asks what your goals are and if you would like any additional help with nutrition, lifestyle etcetera, and he will create a training plan tailored to you and your needs. There is no peer pressure in here as it's either 1-to-1 training sessions or small groups sessions. Highly recommended

I’ve worked with Andy multiple times over the years for a variety of different outcomes and reasons. Whether it be strength increases, injury rehab or weight loss. His knowledge is second to none. He’s very helpful and helps you get the results you want. Before any period of working together we would talk about the desired outcome and then Andy would write a bespoke plan for me to follow. These plans developed and personally helped me. Right from being a novice gym goer all the way to taking part in a strength competition

Andy is without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable, experienced and helpful personal trainers in the city. Always willing to go the extra mile and has helped me, my fiancé' and a few of my friends over the years on our fitness journeys. The new facility is absolutely fantastic and offers everything you could ever need and the equipment is top quality. Could not recommend enough ?

I only met Andy in February this year. I am 67 years old and never done weight training before. Done loads of exercise over the years, mainly running, 10k every day plus half marathons and swimming. Just takes its toll on the body over the years. So decided on a different approach, Andy has provided that, now do weights 3 or 4 times a week and follow his nutrition guidance. Lost over a stone and body shape has changes a lot in the last 4 months or so. Really knows his stuff and how to personalise things. Thank you very much Andy

Signing up to DC Personal training was one of the best things I have ever done! Andy is focused and driven on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (and somehow fun!) I find I actually look forward to my personal training sessions weekly! I was very new (and nervous) into the workout and gym world when I first started working with Andy. My confidence and levels of understanding grows and grows each and every week with working with Andy when it comes to using equipment and workouts. Most importantly Andy ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable & punctual. He’s also an expert when it comes to mental and physical wellbeing. I’ve learnt so much more then just personal training session once a week, I’ve learnt how to mentally and physically look after my body. Andy creates a food plan/regime and has educated me so much. I’ve learnt I can have 3 meals a day and still loose weight without feeling guilty! I’m a strong believer in giving credit when it is due and by far Andy deserves it! You won’t regret signing up with him for a second.

Iv tried a few personal trainers over time and i can say that Andy has helped me achieve the best. Hes helped me control my asthma and got me in a better shape then i was. He made me a nutrition plan that suits me rather then copy and pasting from another site. Highly recommended
