They stole £299 from me. I paid for a course in October 2024, they cancelled the course, I asked for a refund, they have been saying they will refund me and I am now getting ignored. I have now gone through PayPal, and if you don’t refund it I will go through the financial Ombudsman and if not then the police. Because why do you think it is ok to steal peoples hard earned money?

Absolutely excellent training, Dean's course was very well organised and presented and he was very knowledgeable and understanding of all our learning skills. Dean was happy to answer any questions without judgement and gave clear explanations. He made the course humorous and enjoyable and I generally had a great time on the course. Very engaging and the people on the course were also very friendly which made the interaction much easier. I would highly recommend Dean Training Limited to anyone doing the SIA CP Top Up Course.

Done my first aid course and CP top up course at Dean training all the staff where amazing ready to help all the time as they said in the course no question is a stupid question as they are there to help us achieve what we need to

The organization was recommended to me by a friend. I chose the Level 2 Door supervisor course. From the first day, Badr and Andrea admin team were friendly and helpful, and Mr teachers Craig and Dean are the best of the best in their field! I received a lot of new information and advice from the teachers, for which I am very grateful to them and also to the organization that provides such services at a high level!
