It is always a pleasure to visit this area. It was a cold day but had a warm welcome in the cafe .
Lots of beautiful items to view and purchase . It was lovely to see quality hand-made jewellery, etc.

The craft centre itself is lovely. We were able to find exactly what we wanted and there is plenty to choose from…however the lady working behind the desk was rude. She continued on her laptop while we were waiting to be served, no apologies made. She made no effort to communicate, she just snatched the money and left our item on the counter, not even a thank you when we were leaving.

I would like to say I had a lovely visit in the café today. Staff are really friendly as they were upstairs unfortunately when leaving the building I had to witness the staff member at the front be really rude to a poor mum and her son I cannot believe I’ve witness this behaviour, she had no customer service whatsoever and unfortunately she really upset the poor Mum as I witnessed as I left the building she was so distraught about the whole situation thankfully I didn’t have my grandchildren with me.

I ordered a coffee and fruit scone with cream and jam. I took one bite and realised the cream was off it had a bad smell. I spoke to a member of staff and she took the scone away and later returned with the same scone with a new pot of cream but had simply scrapped the jam and cream off the half of the scone I had returned instead of replacing the scone. I refused to eat it, asking why she hadn't just given me a fresh scone she was then rude to me
I emailed a complaint to the company, but I did not receive a response. I will not be returning after my experience there last week

You can spend a while looking around this place.. staff are very friendly, your opinion matters. Today we had sausage rolls, homemade, with small salad accompanied by a homemade sauce. Every crumb was delicious. There are numerous choices available and all worth trying. I foresee many more visits when I come over from Ireland. The Crafts are delightful. If they are your thing, you might find you can't leave without buying something.

Visited Dedham to meet friends and we loved the Art snd Craft Centre. A lovely mix of crafts and gifts, wish I lived locally would never be short of ideas for gifts fir friends and family. There is also a friendly cafe on site. Well worth a visit.

Creatively repurposed former Dedham Congregational Church, now art gallery, crafts shop, & cafe (with outside tables in the summertime). It's worth a visit just to admire the ornate ecclesiastical architecture in which the traders are spaced.
