The owner was so lovely and welcoming. The room was gorgeous, spacious, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely visit again.

Lovely, friendly place! Very accommodating, clean and cosy with lovely views - We only wish we could have stayed longer to properly appreciate it! Plenty of tea, coffee, bottled water and snacks available in the cosy room and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ll 100% be back should we find ourselves in Longframlington again ?

One word, Glorious. Watched the sunrise from our bedroom. Ponies grazing below. Great location for everything we wanted to do, we visited Beamish, Holy Island and a trip into Morpeth. Host was very welcoming and gave helpful recommendations, chose one at random for dinner and was not disappointed. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

I stayed at this B&B for two nights, Tricia was kindness itself and went over and beyond what she had to do. The tea tray was replenished daily as were chocolate biscuits. Bed was so comfortable that I nearly slept in for 10am breakfast, I have stayed in many different places and can honestly say this was the most enjoyable breakfast ever experienced. The bathroom was to die for(photo coming) I will be back at some point because I totally love luxurious and this place was just that. A huge thank you to Patricia and to the excellent off duty policeman who made my breakfast the second day. A highly recommended B&B complete satisfaction xx
