My son loves Tae Kwon Do. At first it was just about channelling him energy, but as time went on I could he was really enjoying training and Friday's couldn't come quick enough. He is progressing well and his confidence is growing by the week and his concentration level is beginning to improve.

Really enjoyed my training here - came with my husband Jay and found it to be a very comfortable environment. There was a great mix of stretching, fitness and patterns (forms) but most importantly also started some great work on my self-defence - nothing fancy or flash - but focused on solid foundation and getting the fundamentals of self-defence right - such as awareness, preparedness, balance and movement. Loved it!
