They provided good service at the centre,
However they lied to me about when I would get paid until,
I have been underpaid for my JSA,
The Job Seekers Number contact number is non Existent, its useless, Dogs and Monkeys would not opt for this kind of service, they never pick up the calls, they take an hour to pick up for the phone to be told that you will have to do be transferred to another Department as they are too Clueless to help,
Yet still its been a week I haven't received my entitled JSA
They should be all be fired, and competent Staff need to be hired.

Verbally harassing and abusing staff.
If possible avoid this centre
I should add name of them but I do not want to spoil there career.

Can't call back to rearrange an appointment due to having an interview. Clearly don't want to help people or get them back into work. Rang twice today and waited over 5 hours.

My husband have a cancer, after provide all documents he cant work leest 10 month they send as leather after a week hes siknes not ran out. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DOING!!!!
