I won a lesson with Rob, after taking part in a giveaway.

I was a bit worried about talking to a mother language for 90 minutes (I haven't trained my English so much, after school... I can read and write fairly well, but I'm not so sure in listening and speaking); I started talking about myself, the weather, normal things... and, then, he replied and taught me some words I didn't know.
I wanted to improve phonetics, for my pronunciation... and listening (to understand when people speak quickly); he helped me and supported me with many advises and compliments; he taught me some common sayings in English and he made me feel secure and like I was talking to a friend.
He is a good teacher... funny, kind and patient.
I loved my lesson with him and I love English more than before!
He, also, sent me notes and exercises about what we did in the lesson and I really appreciated this, 'cause I will be able to going on learning.
I won't forget this experience: it helped me so much to get involved in something new and made me feel more secure about myself and what I can do in English.
I really enjoyed my lesson and I wanna thank all the staff of Kudos by Dialogue for this opportunity.

I want to express my gratitude to Dialogue UK, particularly to Project Manager Dan Thomas. In my experience, many translation companies offer only two payment methods: Bank Transfer and PayPal. However, when I informed them that my PayPal is blocked and I prefer not to use bank transfer, they often don't consider other global payment options like Payoneer, AirTM, BitPay, ProzPay, or any alternatives. This can make cooperation challenging.

Contrastingly, when I explained to Dialogue UK that none of the standard options were suitable for me, they took the initiative to discuss the matter internally and agreed to open a Payoneer account to facilitate our ongoing collaboration. I am genuinely amazed and deeply appreciate the flexibility and understanding shown by Dialogue UK and Dan Thomas. Thanks a million! Truly an amazing company with an exceptional team.

He taught me about measured approach, pregnant pause, and inversion technique which will help me in my presentations and future job interviews. However, I didn’t like the racist sentence that he made me say during my session.
