I’ve been working with Hannah for 8 weeks now, and I can honestly say she’s been amazing! This is my first time using a personal trainer, and I was always nervous about this type of workout. But Hannah instantly made me feel at ease with her friendly and supportive attitude. She gave me the confidence I needed and made every session enjoyable. I run fairly regularly, and I’ve already noticed how much my running has improved. I even just hit my fastest 5k time without specifically working on that goal! I’ve seen so much progress in such a short amount of time, and I actually look forward to our sessions now. I can’t recommend Hannah enough—she’s truly helped me build strength and confidence!

I really enjoy my PT sessions with Hannah, she knows how to push me to get the very best out of me, each session is always great fun. I always know that my sessions with Hannah are going to be tough, but that's the point! Hannah is very knowledgeable about fitness nutrition and well-being, as well as being a great encourager. I thoroughly recommend Hannah as a PT.

I thoroughly recommend Hannah's PT sessions as well as the group exercise class. Hannah is really knowledgeable about nutrition as well as physical training and after just a few sessions I was feeling fitter, healthier and stronger. She pitches to just the right level so exercise stays enjoyable and not a chore!

I reached out to Hannah almost 3 years after having my first baby; I knew I wanted to get back to fitness but had no confidence of where to even start. Right from the beginning, Hannah took the time to understand my goals and eased me in to building the foundational exercise, diet and routine I needed. Working with Hannah has been a joy and she is flexible in location and timings. Totally recommend DorsetFit for anyone who is wanting to make exercise a doable part of their everyday life!

I started my personal training with Hannah wanting to tone up my body, get fitter, stronger and improve my confidence with exercise. I can honestly say that Hannah has helped me to achieve all of these things. Since having 10 PT sessions with Hannah I have lost 1 inch of stubborn fat from around my tummy, toned up my thighs and dropped from a size 12 to a size 10 in clothing. More importantly Hannah has given me the confidence and desire to exercise. Hannah is supportive, encouraging and an excellent personal trainer. She listens to what you want to achieve and creates a bespoke plan to help you reach your goals. Each PT session has been different to keep things fun and she amended weights and exercises to fit my ability. Hannah has given me advice on food and has sent me each of our workouts so that I can repeat them in my own time. She has a great home gym set up and is super flexible on training days/ time and where the sessions are held. Hannah is completely non judgmental and made me feel comfortable from the very first meeting. I would 100% recommend her as a personal trainer.

I can't rate Hannah highly enough. I'm getting back to fitness after having babies and initially I was cautious about joining a group exercise class as I thought I wouldn't be "fit" enough etc, but Hannah gave me the reassurance I needed to give it a go. And I love it! Her style means the group is friendly, fun and well paced. She gives me the encouragement I need to push myself within my capabilities (but beyond what I think they are!) and tailors things to everyone where needed. I've now also asked Hannah for a bespoke programme which she's put together and has given me the ability to workout in the evenings, giving me less excuse that I don't have the time 😅.
I'd highly recommend anyone at any stage of fitness to get in touch with Hannah.
