Stay away from this company it doesn't treat its employees well, it destroy your future and puts a lot of pressure on you mentally, which makes you very stressed. The owner of the company doesn't have the slightest sense of communication, it behaves unethically towards its employees and mentally crosses them.

Just to make you aware that this company is run by a rude person that does not even speak to you when he walks past you in an empty office.Then the so called operations manager/ registered manager who will make inappropriate comments about you which borders harassment but doesn’t know that you can hear the comments through the paper thin office walls, didn’t even receive a message or have a conversation with her until the end of my first week, she is not willing to invest in the company and spends most of her time talking rubbish and is very clueless, she never replies to emails or messages and does not include you in important emails such as when reviews are happening or new care packages are being introduced however is quick to send out an email if she wants to know something.

Then let’s move on to the office of professional idiots which includes the recruitment and compliance and the administrator both are very clique and extremely rude. Do not expect anything from them but attitude because they barely do their jobs as it is so unless it’s a quick and easy task they aren’t interested. When I first had a look at the recruitment set up and the hiring process I was shocked to see the mess of missed interviews and applicants that haven’t even been viewed, also when sat in the office the recruitment lady named herself the master of dismissals and said that she loves to dismiss people which the operations manager laughed at and then said I want you to dismiss a staff member by next week because I don’t like them… how very professional. Then we will have the little administrative sheep that doesn’t even know what her job role is apart from sitting there and being a clueless little sheep. Don’t get on the wrong side of these two because they will do what they can to stab you in the back. Even the registered manager had something to say to me about these two when in private stating that they are a nightmare to work with and that they are fighting for a step up but doing it by stabbing people in the back.

Then let’s come to all of the hidden little fees that they like to apply to your pay without informing you or getting your consent to deduct from your pay. So due to me being unable to work in the toxic environment because of the lack of support, the rude comments made and the ridiculous expectations I had to leave the company within the first month. Prior to me starting I was accepted into my role with my DBS on the the update service which I pay for annually and was told that this was ok and I would not need a new one, it was only when I started that I was told they had applied for one on my behalf that I would now need to pay for approximately £55. Also prior to my start date I was asked to complete e-learning for the role as you do at every care company. I was then told after I had completed all of my e-learning and once I had started my employment that I would also have to pay for e-learning courses. Now I have worked at many different care companies and I have never heard of staff having to pay for each individual e-learning course. Well anyways they decided to deduct £300 for e-learning courses as well without my consent or informing me. So many first week of working I practically did for nothing. So if the company tries to tell you that you have to pay for e-learning this information is incorrect.
Be careful when going into the offices or downloading the systems apps on your phone because the office staff will track your location and spy on you, and in the office they have a camera where the management or the little office sheep will just look at the other offices to micro manage you.

If you get offered care from this company , avoid it at all costs. I'm currently stuck with them and the management is beyond horrendous. There is zero care or consideration for clients needs and they care more about making money than making clients lives easier. They will make your life more difficult.
The majority of carers provided are lovely and understanding, they are however mostly reactive rather than proactive so you're fully expected to 'manage' the carers yourself . Which isn't possible when you are neurodiverse or non verbal/have communication needs.
Complaints are responded to but you will end up making the same complaint dozens of times over and over again and it will not be resolved long term.
Please don't put yourself through the stress of dealing with them.
