The entire experience with Driver Link, from booking to passing, was seamless and professional. During my initial call, the team took the time to understand my background and experience, recommended the ideal number of training hours, and clearly explained DVSA’s times for test dates. Despite my limited availability for practice due to work, Driver Link was incredibly accommodating. After the call, I had a full understanding of training and testing costs and how the weeks ahead would look. My first day started with an in-person consultation and was followed by end-of-lesson performance reviews, so I always knew where I stood, my areas of improvement, and our focus for the next session. The Driver Link facilities were excellent—the cabs and trailers were clean and well-maintained, and the office area is comfortable, even featuring a free Pac man game machine. All fees were transparently broken down in an invoice, which was easy to review. Any areas I felt needed more attention were addressed by my instructor, Colin, who also noted progress on each lesson sheet, boosting my confidence. Thanks to Driver Link, I passed my test on the first try with zero faults! The whole team was genuinely thrilled about my success, and they even share pass stories on their social media. I highly recommend Driver Link for their professionalism, support, and top-notch training environment.

A supportive team that delivers really good training and material. If unsure, time is given to revisit the questions that need to be revised. Facilities are very clean and modern, tea and coffee provided for, communication is very good and kept up to date and relevant. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The instructors who helped me along the way Darren & Colin were brilliant. They were down to earth, friendly and very approachable. All of my questions were answered thoroughly throughout my lessons. Aswell as being very helpful, Darren & Colin were very knowledgeable and they covered all class 1 topics required in order for me to pass. I used DriverLink to train for my C+E licence and what an experience it was! My instructor Colin was very clear with instruction and used various tactics to help get me to test standard. He made each training day easier with good advice and we had plenty of good conversations along the way. The staff back at the office are also a friendly bunch who make you feel welcome the minute you walk through the door. Thank you Leah for dealing with everything behind the scenes. Excellent service with very competitive prices,I'm currently doing coc course.the facilities are amazing.there a well stocked canteen with free brew facilities and often free cakes,pancakes and other foods.the toilets are spotless to be fair the full place is spotless.the classrooms are air conditioned and comfortable. The tutors are very knowledgeable and all come from a transport background. As you would expect the lessons start quietly with everyone a bit nervous and shy but due to the Manor of the tutors that quickly changes with everyone happily getting involved. Overall I've had a great experience with this company and will be continuing to use these for all my training.i will highly recommend to anyone needing these services.

Absolutely brilliant, staff are so friendly, the trainers are very very knowledgeable. First impressions last as the whole set up is 1st class as soon as you get there. Very well organised, canteen is spotless. If you need any HGV training to be done this is the place to go. Kev Baker
