Excellent professional service. The staff in the office are really knowledgeable and helpful, nothings too much trouble. The trainer, Eddie was great, really new the industry and made me feel confident about working in it. The results came back so quickly, within 4 days and the certificate was only a few days after. I cant recommend them enough.

The only let down was never receiving a course certificate
Been waiting since August
They said one was sent out but never received it
They' said a replacement would be sent out sadly not revived that either
I'm now going to pay an extra 18 pounds and go to the examining board and see if I can get a certificate from them
I think the company should be sending the certificates out by recorded delivery
