I’ve seen 3 different NHS physio’s for the same issue with no clear diagnosis or effective support. Guy and Gary were able to complete a comprehensive assessment in one appointment (which was way beyond the capabilities of an nhs service). Guy was confident in diagnosis and explained everything really clearly. Guy and Gary were professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. For the first time in year is experiencing hip pain I’m feeling hopeful that I can access effective treatment. Worth every penny and more.

I recently attended an initial assessment/GAIT analysis with Guy. I felt the experience with him did not feel very personal. When discussing the issue it felt very quick and he diagnosed it without even looking or touching the area. When we moved onto the physical assessment this felt rushed going from one to the other very quickly to the point it was difficult to ask questions or even take in any of the information being said to me. The GAIT analysis was squeezed in near the end and there was no time to actually review it. Guy stated this would need to be reviewed during the next appointment then said he would provided me with some strength exercises in the meantime.

The following day I had not received any strength training programme to work on so I had to make contact myself to request this. I have cancelled the upcoming appointment due to other personal commitments. An email was sent informing them of the cancellation but nothing received back.

After spending an initial £80 I don't feel I received the best service and overall would not class it as a personal experience.

Hi, I saw Guy Sweetman today at my assessment and despite my complex medical history, he was a great listener and nothing I said seemed to phase him. He was very professional and at the same time, personable. He can also multi-task admirably; he was looking at me, talking and typing all at the same time!!

Excellent service, moved my appointment forward when a cancellation became available. The Physiotherapist was clear in what to expect from the treatment and followed up with exercises after the appointment. Thoroughly recommend.

Some good speedy advice and lovely clean modern equipment. Bit of an old carpet factory which is a bit messy.
My appointment was with Scott and a very helpful informative young man
Will definitely be returning once my Achilles has been sorted.
In fact I wish I had gone months ago and it would have all been ok by now
