Amazing hosts for the past weekend and amazing instructors, I slept in the room with 10 beds and 7 people and it could easily have fit more. Amazing area but not the best for accessibility as trees everywhere and narrow hallways. Thank you for including games for entertainment Amazing for our group camp of squirrels to scouts and young leaders and leaders from 4-64. Amazing cooking inside (pancake for reference) but please have a slightly more enclosed area for backwards cooking. Cave bus is tight for anyone larger than the average 10 year old but still possible. Be ready to get muddy and especially Be Prepared!

I camped here in the 80's with 3rd Gorleston Scouts and for the first three years of "Scout reach", able bodied scouts and physically or mentally challenged children. It was a very rewarding experience. It has changed a lot since then, but would love to see it now.

Wonderful Scout camp, with brilliant staff
We were here for 10 days with our Scout Group over the summer. Lovely camping area, toilets were cleaned 3 times a day, so many fantastic activities. Highlight definately Canoeing round the island, through the picturesque broads.

We will be back in a few years!

Fantastic scout site.

Staff so friendly and helpful. Was there for a 2 day Archery course. And instead of driving 180 miles over 2 days they were kind enough to let me pitch up for the night.

Am a kid and went from Wednesday too Friday, But the reason why it's a 3 star is because when we went kayaking, Me and my friend didn't want too do it, so we went on one of the instructors boat. We were in a group of 14, the instructor with us had 7 and Will(the other) also had 7, Will was told too stop and tell the others too turn back around, but they carried on going. So we turned back around and headed back too the main bit and stayed there while the others were still on the water. Soon enough my friend came back wet from head to her neck, and said her kayak went under water a bit and got her wet, and Will said they can go off on their own. She got lost and was so scared. After a while our teacher came back and another instructor came over too help. The other instructor left and went back on the kayak too go and find the others and lead them back. Then we headed back and sat where the shop was and had a shower, then our teacher left and told me too stay here while he was gonna go back and help. After around 20 minutes some came back and said 'Will let us swear at the fish' Like they shouldn't be allowed too swear we are only 10-11 yr olds. And when they all came back we were all wet or either shaking because we lost some people. Some even want too fire Will because he shouldn't leave us alone right? Katelyn and Ben were so supportive, so I think they should talk with Will, he's blonde.

A wonderful activity centre and a fabulous experience for the younger generation awaits. The activity staff are quietly professional, friendly and engaging for the younger audience, and help to create fun memorable experiences.
The main building is modern and clean with excellent resources. Large well designed areas for either meal or seated activities and a large high ceiling function or activity room with a large wall screen. The kitchen and catering facilities are first class.
Highly recommended for single day or stay over events.

Had the most fantastic time with our Cubs. My only negative is more toilets and showers are needed, maybe a leaders block.

A great place for young people to take part in some adventurous activities!

Disappointingly though on this visit, no hot water in the toilets and the hand driers weren't working either, not ideal at all! Unfortunately the toilet blocks haven't got any better, definitely time for an overhaul...
