Needed to renew some qualifications quickly was recommended to contact ecta and within a week I was sitting the courses on a one to one basis absolutely amazing service highly recommended really helped me out

Wouldn't recommend. I'm a gas engineer and was looking to extend my qualifications. Their website says the courses are available, so I rang them on 24 April 24, was asked to email my certificates, which I did. Then no reply at all from them.

I rang them again on 9th May 2024. Again, I was asked to email my qualifications, which I emailed but never heard back. What a letdown by a professional body. I ended by booking up my course elsewhere, but the staff def need to be re-trained. A single line stating The course isn't available wont take much time.

Hard work, but tutors excellent.
Practical and theory a very pleasing couple of days. Highly recommend this training centre. Thanks ecta. See you on the next course when I decide which one.

Just finished my ACS re-assessment yesterday and can praise Fiona enough who got me on the course within a week of my initial call, David for the revision day which was very informative and we all had a laugh... And lastly Glynn who was the exam assessor. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my every need. I will be going back there next time ACS is due and years to come...

I did a dual fuel smart metering course having had no previous experience, and with the help of Evie and Mark passed without a problem
They were excellent non judgemental trainers which was exactly what I needed
