I would highly recommend Eden Training whether it is to do a course yourself or needing support with apprenticeships and other courses. The gentleman we have been in touch with over the years from Eden training is called Charlie Jones. He has always been extremely helpful and supported us every step of the way when employing apprentices. I have even signed up as a mature student to do a course myself. Charlie was really helpful with offering support and advice about the course 🙂

I would highly recommend Eden Training for anyone looking to work towards a new qualification. I have been fully supported by my skills coach Kirsty, for every step of the way. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for Kirsty and she always goes above and beyond to help and support me. Kirsty sets targets each month, going through what is expected and how to meet the criteria. She is so understanding and provides a listening ear whenever needed. I have just reached End Point Assessment and I will truly miss training with them.

Absolutely amazing training company. My skills coach Carly Smith was so supportive and helpful. I truly felt that nothing was ever too much or an inconvenience. Eden Training Solutions supported me with the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship.

The communication and support from the beginning was clear and extremely helpful. I had a change of tutor after the first few months which was a tad unsettling, but thankfully my new Tutor Tom was absolutely brilliant. Extremely approachable and patient with my many questions.

He offered to support outside of our scheduled meetings and helped to break the course down to inform my understanding of the sections - not to mention he was just a genuinely lovely guy.

Without his support I probably wouldn't have passed, so thank you to Eden and thank you to Tom.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my tutor Sophie Dewhirst, for all her support and encouragement with completing my NVQ 5. It's been such a good course to go through and have learnt so much. I would most definitely would recommend completing a course with Eden Training Solutions. I was so nervous at the start and wasn't sure whether i would be able to complete the units as i am not a confident person. Sophie, my tutor gave me so much support and we spoke about my confidence and set work and deadlines which i felt comfortable meeting. Sophie was always available to speak to by email or phone whenever i needed any support. With this support i have managed to complete my course within 16 months and couldn't be happier.

If I could put 10000 stars I would! I can't thank Edan training enough. They provided me with the most wonderful, patient, supportive skills coaches on the planet!! Kirsty Earl and Jessica Barton. These amazing ladies truly became part of my life during my course, they where always there to support me no matter what, answered my questions, reassured me, put up with my meltdowns and most of all gave me the confidence i have never had in myself before. I will miss speaking with them so so so much and I am very grateful to have had them as my back bone through my course. My functional skills coaches where also amazing for my maths i want to thank Nick Bellamy, i know it was short and sweet but i passed my maths!!! with your amazing support and revision tips that helped me immensely. Sam Law thank you for being the person who carried out my Mock EPA, making me feel calm and reassured. Your kind words really lifted me up and I still cant wipe the smile off my face!

Just completed my level 3 childcare and maths with the lovely Siobhan Lister . She was amazing! Always at hand ( even out of working hours on occasion) to answer any questions I had or explain questions in more detail. She gave me confidence when I was struggling, and listened to me when I had concerns about my capability getting me back on track. Should I ever need to complete another qualification I would personally ask that she be my tutor. Thanks for all your time and effort. I cant thank you enough! Kelli
