The stars definitely aligned for me when I was contacted by Heidi from Edge, I was about to accept a job offer from a company that had been indecisive following several interviews and had not given me the best feeling. Heidi called me at 10am with the job proposal, I told her I was about to accept a role but agreed to listen to what was being offered, I was happy enough with the conversation and her ability to get the package nearer to my expectation. She sped the process up and got me an interview that same afternoon where I met my current line manager, we spoke for an hour and I was offered the role within 10 minutes. Heidi was extremely proactive in a way most recruitment consultant usually are not. She calls when she says she will, armed with the correct information, very down to Earth and honest. Her aftercare has also been brilliant, checking in every once in a while to ensure things are still going great, which they are. Heidi is a credit to the business, if everyone at Edge is like her; I highly recommend.

These con artists have 2 jobs advertised under 2 different job titles, same jd's. I queried as very local to me and before forwarding my cv. I explained my past experience to Adam in which he stated I may not be suitable based on nothing! I wouldn't have enquired if my skills did not match the advertisement. I then pointed out that the advertisement even states no experience necessary but must be qualified! (Although I have 10years total from contractor to consultancy, qualified & accredited). Adam lied and said this was related to a different job even tho I was looking at the advertisements! He then asked for me to forward my CV anyway! no way did I do that. Best to go to the companies directly and apply as no agency should hinder your chance of gaining employment and career progression!! I may have missed out on a great career opportunity because of Adam!

great interaction from the beginning. felt like they understood my level, where I wanted to be and realised I actually had the potential through their own due diligence. found me the position and can honestly say I have had no regrets. really glad we made the connection. Adam has also stayed in touch and is genuinely interested in how ive been getting along since. feel like im not just a statistic to make the profile look good. Cant thank him enough
