Awful customer service skills here. The store is always empty and can see why. My mum spoke to someone from EE on the phone and they said if she ordered a screen protector any EE would be able to put it on for her so she went in branch. Both guys constantly tutted, eye rolled to the point their eyes were hitting the ceiling and were just rude. They then tried to say her phone was broken when it was in fact just a cracked screen protector. They didn't want to help her at all and the constant tutting and eye rolling with the huffing was just not needed. So much for helping the customers.

Assistant manager (Kieran) was very friendly, understanding and helpful. After losing our phone, we needed to transfer the old number to a new SIM card. They were able to do this very quickly in a few minutes. Overall really pleased with the experience!

Amazing experience!
I went to buy iPhone 13 Pro on contact with unlimited data and was successful. The staff are fantastic and professional. As an international student, I was offered the contact £73 a month with £50 upfront. I strongly recommend EE to students or people who are unable to meet certain requirements to go on a contact with other providers

Highly recommend this store!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dennis the Manager truly went above and beyond to help me out. He already recognized that changing phones is stressful and made the whole process painless which helped me no end, especially as I am already stressed with health issues. He is not only a great Manager, but a really genuinely nice guy. He's a credit to EE and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend going to see him. Dennis at EE is awesome!! I explained I didn't want a new phone or a new contract I simply wanted some advice on how to solve a storage issue on my mobile phone. Dennis helped me without even once trying to sell me a new phone. I very much appreciated his help and his honesty and when I do need a new phone I will definitely be buying from EE because of the customer service he gave me today. Arrived to get my sim checked out and replaced. We were kept waiting over 30 minutes and eventually left because the staff made no attempt to apologise for the long wait or thanked us for out patience. This is really unacceptable and needs to be sorted or I'm off to Virgin

The staff here at this shop are not friendly to customers. I have very sad experience with them. The way they talk to me makes me decided to cancel my upgrading and even left EE to others net work providers despite my 10 years with them. The young staff here needs to be retrained on customer’s relationship approach. Sincerely speaking they are not promoting good image for your company. Very sad indeed.

I had a pleasant experience. They treated my elderly mother with patience and respect, and answered all her concerns about her new phone contract. I was impressed. One of the better branches in the region.
