Margaret from Darlington call centre was actually terrible I'm currently battling an illness that I won't choose to mention so I haven't been working this past few months so yes I've struggled financially an with my mental heath along with my personal illness! She made me feel worse a less than horrible woman! Her calls need to be reviewed dread to think how she treats others! She sounds privileged & posh

Been a customer since 1993. Last Month EE "migrated" my contract to a new contract and my Text confirmed everything was included in my plan. Last week while in Europe my phone was turned off leaving me absolutely stranded and in a dangerous situation. Hours on the phone to EE ( only number operable ) resulted in me finding out EU data now not included and Id been paying for calls also racking up costs. I was turned back on but two days later I was switched off again. More inconvenience later I was switched back on and the operator ( Manesh from Ireland Call centre ) said he would call me back to discuss going forward on Monday at 14.30 as they didn't want to lose me as a loyal customer. Manesh didn't call so I had to call them only for the operator wanting to treble my monthly bill for EU data and calls to be included. After thirty years of paying I was simply another number to EE. I have received my PAC number and will be migrating my contract to 02 who provide 25 GB of data and calls EU wide for £ 12.99 per Month. Goodbye EE Mr Cooper ( 543971 )

Good cheap food. After leaving the company I must admit I do miss this place. The food, staff and overall experience is just fantastic. Like all buildings on site Nexus has toilets, disabled access to upper and lower levels, however to sample the food or get past reception you will either need a visitors pass or be staff. Security is very strict. As they operate the call centres in here and personal data for customers needs to be protected so, without being staff or a genuine visitor you're not getting in.

Might actually be the worst company I've ever dealt with...

Why is it that essential services always seem to be controlled by the most inept companies? Oh, but don't try and leave, as they're litigious as hell and will come after you at the drop of hat... regardless of them failing to meet the terms of their own contract

Used to work here before I retired the grounds and surrounding area was always tidy and well tended. Now it looks neglected and the windows on the buildings were filthy. Very disappointing.
