I have applied numerous times for apprenticeships here and have not been successful even though I have passed all my engineering courses and even though I have a degree in engineering they only invite ethnic people just to show that they are equal opportunity company (for equal opportunity act)they are only looking to assist white english people and not ethnic people I have spoke to many ethnic people who also went here for apprenticeships and with all the qualifications with the same outcome never receive a chance my advice to all ethnic people out there don't waste your time with this company you will only have high hopes but will get no where its only for white people this apprenticeship sadly to say the company needs to think about leading on ethnic minority groups into giving them apprenticeships while their intentions are something else 😔😔😔 just don't invite people from ethnis backgrounds so that later on you send them email to say you have been unsuccessful this time and all the best in the future. CHANGE YOUR WAYS!!!
