My first and now enduring experience of Tai Chi.Robert moves you from beginner onwards with friendly skill.Classes are enjoyable and informative and a sense of calm is reached.I had a hip replacement 2 years ago and a knee replacement this year but I have managed classes throughout as Robert accommodates by being happy for you to sit if need be. I practise regularly at home as well as classes and Tai chi is now part of my daily life.
