Loved our stay at the hotel! The hospitality was commendable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which gave us more space for our little one to enjoy.
Although we had to wait a little while during check-in, the staff were humble and apologetic about the delay.
The spa treatments were relaxing and well done.
Breakfast options were exceptional — truly over the top!
It would be great to have a wider variety of food options in the lunch and dinner menus.
Overall, a perfect definition of where luxury meets nature.

A lovely overnight stay in this gorgeous hotel. Upgraded to a lovely tower room which was a lovely surprise. Staff throughout the hotel were attentive and engaging. Dinner was served in the bar rather than the restaurant and following a week of races the bar was suffering from low stock levels, which took the gloss of our evening. However the manager generously provided a round of drinks on the house by way of apology. Food was very good. Breakfast was served in the restaurant, which was a delightful experience. I had a lovely massage in the spa, which is very well appointed and my masseuse was very good. Will pay a return visit. Car charging was not complimentary as described on their website.

A beautifully presented hotel with lovely views and grounds. We visited over the weekend for afternoon tea; the hotel was easy to find with ample free parking. The afternoon tea was delicious and we particularly enjoyed the savoury element. The scones were very good as were the cakes. A couple of things were missed; whilst service was friendly I expected it to be a little more attentive. |The grounds were very nice for a walk after. The room for afternoon tea suits a winters day more I would suggest; it would also be lovely outside if weather allowed.

We are currently visiting Ellenborough Park hotel and are really enjoying our stay. The property is magnificent, the views are absolutely beautiful at this top notch Luxury resort hotel. The historical parts of the hotel are spectacular, the impressive beautiful lounge dates back to the 1400’s. With a huge roaring fire it is a fantastic spot to enjoy an afternoon tea or cocktail in the evening. The staff throughout the property are absolutely fantastic very friendly and they work hard to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Breakfast at the hotel is a combination of a very sub stain variety of buffet Continental items and cocked to order hot breakfasts selections. We are staying in a junior suite that is very comfortable and luxurious with a very impressive bathroom with full freestanding bath and walk in shower. The shower is phenomenal with excellent water pressure and very high quality toiletries and towels. A commentary tea coffee shortbread and min fridge with a selection of cold drinks is a very nice touch. The food is both the bar and restaurant is very good with a superior presentation. This is definitely a true luxury hotel resort that I would without hesitation recommend for a beautiful relaxing stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed out weekend in the Cotswolds at Ellenborough Park Hotel. The staff are extremely welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.

We brought our Mother in Law and 2 dogs and we were all warmly welcomed and various accommodations were met! There are doggie friendly and accessible rooms which are spacious and comfortable.

Beds are extremely comfortable, probably the best we've encountered in a long time!

Food was simple, well cooked and tasty with lots of local ingredients used across breakfast, lunch and dinner. Initially we were puzzled by the simplicity of the menu but by day 2 it made sense!

Only small complaint was that there were few places left at the Spa for residents as it gets booked up by larger parties!

Went for a family meal, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was really good (they have a vegan menu) and of course the location is stunning. The only downside is that the service was quite slow, not terrible but quite lethargic. Also, and to be honest, it was very expensive, £22 for a plant burger is not cheap. It was very tasty though, as was the hummus and crackers! So all in all, a lovely venue, stunning views, friendly staff and great food, just slow and expensive.

My partner Karen and I visited the Ellenborough last weekend. It was a weekend break to celebrate her birthday. From the moment I first rang Clare in Reception to the Check out it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel is situated just outside Cheltenham in superb grounds. We were made feel very welcome on arrival and a delightful young man (Max) showed us to the appropriate car park via his excellent "star jumps". He then took our luggage to a delightful room adjacent to the outdoor pool. A bottle of champagne and handmade chocolates greeted us as we made ourselves comfortable in our excellent surroundings. The bathroom and walk in shower were large and functioned superbly (hot running water literally on tap). There was plenty of space to hang our clothes and a lovely double king sized bed. Although we did not avail ourselves of the heated outdoor pool, it looked very inviting. As we were meeting friends elsewhere in the evening we did not eat in the Resteraunt until the following day. What a treat ! A beautiful, oak panelled resteraunt ran like clockwork under the excellent supervision of the manageress. She showed us to our table, explained the procedures and helped Karen collect juices etc . It was the perfect example of how a Resteraunt should be run. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It was a little loud as I believe there were wedding guests staying over night. On Sunday evening we had a wonderful meal in another of their Resteraunts. Again we were met by very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Our food was first class and when we returned to our room,once again we were treated to home made Chocolates, courtesy of Management to celebrate Karen's Birthday. It has to be said that although it is very expensive to stay here, it was worth every penny ! Nothing was too much trouble. All members of staff were pleasant and friendly. Management obviously train their staff exceptionally well. Finally, if it was possible to award ten stars, I would. A truly wonderful experience that Karen and I will,remember for the rest of lives.

We had a wonderful stay for 4 days 3 nights at Ellenborough park. The location and estate are outstanding. This is an authentic English experience. The staff was very kind and accomodating. We enjoyed the heated pool in february which was great. Breakfast was everything you hoped for. We are already considering returning in warmer weather and explore the beautiful cotswolds. Definitely recommend ++++
