SAP Assessor - A good, informative, well structured course preparing you for a career in the energy industry. The delivery of the online learning was professional and done at an inclusive pace for those who perhaps were not able to process the information as efficiently as others. The support provided during the assessment stage when compiling the portfolio was magnificent. Trish Hunter was my assessor. She was always on hand to offer guidance and support either vie the direct messaging system or over the phone. Would highly recommend.

I completed my DEA course with Elmhurst. They have been brilliant, I was able to access all the information I needed very easily and the assessor (Caroline) and helpdesk are easy to reach and very helpful with any questions I had. So impressed I have just booked to do my Retrofit Assessor and Older Buildings course with them too.

I was a domestic energy assessor with Elmhurst for 1 year + 9 years with stroma (before the acquisition).

I've had a terrible experience with them. They ignore emails. They will fail all your audits for silly reasons. They will target you if they don't like you. Very strange experience with these people. They will ignore emails as well, I had to chase up 10x over 2 weeks to get a suspension lifted. It's better to go for quidos.

REPLY: Your audits are not random, they are targeted. You don't reply to emails so why would I bother emailing you? I hope I never have the misfortune of dealing with you ever again.

Very informative course and detailed and clear teaching. The teacher has a lot if knowledge, makes sure people understand and the marking is done very quickly. My criticism is I don't think this course should be taught in 3 days, it should be at least 5 days. I think more time is required to make sure that the DEAs are being trained correctly and fully understand the depth of the information. This is to avoid future EPCs being done badly.

Great training in person when I undertook the Level 1 Air Tightness Testing course. The instructor was clear and gave time to everyone, especially one's like myself who were new to the environment. I have since completed an online course also and it was very straight forward, easy to manage and good for time. Would 100& recommend Elmhurst to others looking to get into the energy sector.
