Completed the Emerald one day Emergency First Aid at Work Course. The course was well presented, demonstrations and practical session were well supported by having the equipment and first aid supplies to practice with. Chris, who was running the course was very knowable and able to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend the Emerald.

Paediatric first aid blended course. Found this course really accessable. Online part was easy to follow, clearly laid out and user friendly. The practical day was run in a professional but relaxed way. The assessor was friendly and informative and gave practical, useful advice for various scenarios. The test at the end was clearly laid out with questions referring to both parts of the course. I personally preferred doing the blended course, one day practical and one day online, instead of the usual two days course.

I needed to do an emergency first aid at work course and I was not really looking forward to it, but I thoroughly enjoyed the course. It was very practical, well presented in a clear and fun manner and full of useful, possibly life saving information. I have done first aid courses before, but I feel much more confident in being able to administer first aid if it is ever needed having trained with Emerald and I'm already looking forward to renewing in 3 years time! 🙂

Really informative and plenty of practical through the day which kept everyone interested and helps putting things into practice! Liam made the group feel very at ease for anyone to ask questions and explained things very clearly. Highly recommend him.
