Had issues with an Asus laptop crashing, appeared to be hardware.
Problem found to be motherboard socket pins unsoldered, this was remedied and a new Windows install performed and streamlined on a new SSD.
Progress updates were provided on an online ticket.
I found Matt and Carol very professional and helpful with the kind of
experience and knowledge you probably wouldn't get on the high street.
All round, very happy with repair costs and advice.

Recently purchased a new laptop from husband and wife team Matt and Carole. Fabulous proper old fashioned personal service which you will never find at a high street chain these days. I contacted Emscom, on the recommendation of a family member. We were having serious problems with our business email which was causing a lot of disruption to our business. I called Emscom in somewhat of a panic and spoke with Matt. After explaining the issue, Matt seemed to know exactly what the issue was, and managed to explain what the solution would be in a way that i could easily understand and assured me he could fix the issue. I was immediately put at ease speaking with Matt and Carol at emsom. The communication was fantastic and they worked so quickly to rectify the problem. I really felt that they were going out of their way to get us back online! Our email was back up and running in less than 48 hours.
I have also purchased a new desktop from emscom which they have set up for me and transferred all my data from a dated laptop. My office work is now much more enjoyable and efficient on an up to date computer that is so fast compared to my old one!
Matt and Carol offer a high quality and good value service for all your computer needs and would highly recommend them. I will certainly be returning for maintainence to my PC. I cannot recommend this fab company enough! Thank you EMSCOM!!!

What an outstanding company, they went above and beyond to help when my laptop crashed.
Ok laptop couldn’t be saved so I purchased a new laptop from them, they transferred all my files and data to the new one also setting up the new laptop for me.

Always reliable. Not work shy and work efficiently. We have a couple of incidence with mission critical machines we use in our practice which failed and he revived them successfully. Matt knows his stuff and more importantly a nice guy!
