My mum treated me to a massage and a one-on-one yoga session with Esme during my stay with her for the week, and I couldn’t have been more grateful. As a new mum, it was exactly what I needed. Esme is a true healer. Powerful, knowledgeable, and deeply intuitive. This was my first shiatsu session and both the consultation & treatment were impeccable. I went to Esme Yoga beginners class for several weeks after many years of not practising Yoga and feeling very unsure of myself and my capabilities. All were welcome and Esme made me feel more confident to start from scratch with no pressure. She has a lovely nature about her and a breath of fresh air compared to other classes i have tried in the past. I attend Esme's yoga classes weekly and thoroughly enjoy them. She has great energy and is a brilliant yoga teacher. I am trying my best to remain supple and after each class feel so much better.

I find Esme to be an excellent, friendly Yoga teacher, who passes on her 20 plus years of experience with great skill and humour. We are all made to feel very welcome no matter what your level or limitations. I learn something new every lesson and I find it a very enjoyable way to keep supple. I have had several shiatsu treatments from Esme. She is knowledgeable, professional and caring. Her room at the wellbeing centre is a calm and relaxed haven. Each shiatsu treatment was very therapeutic and my body felt better for it.
