ESP play from the initial phone call (with the amazing Sarah), design, build right through to completion and aftercare have been outstanding. All the staff are helpful, friendly, but professional. I was never made to feel like any of my questions or demands were “too much”.

We recently had two playgrounds (EYFS and KS1) installed during term time. The Project Manager (Dean) and site team (Miles) ensured there was as little impact to the children as possible and worked hard to get it ready in time for the summer term.

We are a Special school for children with Profound and multiple disabilities and our needs are very different, as many are children are wheelchairs and some are blind. ESP ensured that they reached all our accessibility and sensory needs whilst still ensuring the playground’s, were fun, engaging, beautiful to look at and most of all allowed opportunities for different types of play.

The quality of materials is high, the craftmanship on the bespoke items is outstanding, the budget was kept and we have reassurance that ESP will be back to check that we are happy.

The best recommendation I can give, is from our children, watching how they play has changed. They can now access parts of the playground that weren’t available to then before, experience the feel of the wind as they spin on the roundabout and swoosh down the slides. Their giggles and smiles tell us that they love their playground and we know that ESP has made it safe for them to explore.

Fantastic service straight from the beginning - communication, planning, ideas, quotes until the final handover. Everyone was highly efficient, professional and friendly.
