I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience with this exam center. First, they told me to come in to collect my certificate, but when I arrived, they said it wasn’t there. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to tell me it was my fault, claiming I had given the wrong name—even though I showed them my correct ID with all the proper information.

After making me leave empty-handed, they later called me and told me to come back, which was a complete waste of my time. Their communication and customer service were absolutely terrible throughout the entire process.

This wasn’t the first issue I’ve had with this center, either. When I initially sat the exam, they mistakenly registered me with the wrong exam board, which caused unnecessary stress. Overall, this has been a consistently bad experience.

I have used this centre and the one at Elephant & Castle and both have been very accommodating and perfect if you're a private entrant. The prices for exams are competitve & I will be using them again for future exams.

I really like this centre because it is a good working environment and you get to expand your knowledge in Maths, Science and English alongside teachers
