Both my boys are attending Chester explore learning and it has helped them massively improve in a short period of time. Being in the Welsh education system they are a year behind England already - so this extra assistance has really helped them catch up. The tutors are so supportive. The boys enjoy coming and can also pick up learning from home in addition. Could not recommend this more.

Great Maths & English support for my son. His confidence & grades have improved significantly with Explore Learning's support. His lessons have always been 100% online but he's built up a really strong relationship with his current tutor Rachel - she's been brilliant support. The online learning resources are very comprehensive & we get regular progress reports. Lessons are tailored to the current school curriculum but can also be used to prepare for tests & exams. Would highly recommend.

We are so glad to have taken a free trial session and get to know how Explore Learning center works. Our son now attends regularly and we have noticed a difference in how happy and confident he is with his English at school since joining Explore Learning.

We are so grateful to Amelia (center manager) and all the teaching staff at the Chester branch in supporting our son's academic progress. Highly recommend to all children needing that little boost in their Maths and English. Or even during the holidays to continue with their learning away from school.

We have been told by our son's school that he has been struggling with his English since Year 1 but no support was given to us. We looked at one-to-one private tutoring ourselves and found they were either fully booked or at a time that is inconvenient to us and the cost was very expensive.

We came across Explore Learning in the same building as our local Sainsbury supermaket. It was in the summer, with 6 weeks of holidays to fill. We thought we would let our son try out the sessions at the center to keep him occupied (in an educational way) but also support his academic learning before starting school again in September.

Since joining, we have found immense value with the learning packages Explore Learning are able to offer. It is a state of the art academic program you cannot find with other Apps or on the internet. The children work through questions on a computer designed specifically to their year group and ability; with hands on teachers available to assist. The set up and atmosphere is not like a school environment. It is very relaxed, informal. The children are free to get up, move around, have continuous dialogues with the teachers, play mini games and challenges on the white boards. The teachers are ever so enthusiastic. They really make learning fun!

The quarterly progress review with Amelia is really impressive giving us a break down on the individual modules our sons is achieving or trying to achieve. We would see which areas he is behind or ahead academically. Amelia is super supportive in our son's learning and informs us how the center would tailor the learning packages to bridge any gaps that he has shown from the progress review.

We have found the member's login website is also extremely useful as it allows us to reschedule any sessions that our son cannot attend (due to children's parties, activities, holidays etc) to suit us. We can also see which modules our son is working towards.

Our son is super happy attending each week and as parents we cannot ask for more. Thank you to everyone at the center!

It's amazing. My both kids are in explore learning since they are 4yr old. I must say that they are really doing gr8 I'm school n gain more confidence while doing English or maths. The staff here is very friends n very cooperative n helping in every possible way.

No turning back!
My son has been going to Explore learning chester for nearly 5 months now and it was the best thing I have ever done starting him here.
He is in Year 5 now and due to lockdown(COVID) he missed so much and had been struggling ever since.
He started, confidence was very low, ability low, concentration poor .
Over the months the change of him has been amazing! He is achieving things every time he goes and is now going up in the ladder rather than at a standstill.
The best thing is he loves going! They make learning fun!
The staff are lovely, helpful and my son has connected to them all very quickly. He used to be shy and not ask for help . Now his hand is up asking questions all the time, and better still remembering the answers!
The support given to me by the staff is above and beyond. I speak very highly of the manager Amelia . She has been working with me throughout, updating , giving advice etc is very approachable, and reassuring. Myself as a mother I was starting to worry about my son's struggling but now I am confident he is on the right path and he will smash his SATS next year and be ready for highschool in 2025!
Give it a go you won't be disappointed!

I am in year 10 and have loved it and find it a lot more useful than other tutors such as Kumon which i did for a year. At explore learning the tutors are amazing, caring and all round nice and useful tools to further my studies in maths and english.
