I attended the first aid course for returning to work after a year of with Cancer. I was very anxious when walked in the room and tearful as been a awful time for me. Mick and his wife were so understanding and reassured me I'll be fine and were there for me. I can honestly say this is the best first aid course I have done while working in child care over 15 years . Mick checked in on me through the 2 days I was there and I even spoke about my journey with the group who were all lovely. I enjoyed everything about the course video clips, stories, Micks experiences, practical. Thank you Mick for a 5 🌟 course. I look forward to seeing you in 3 years time for a refresher. I would definitely recommend using FS Training Ltd

This added more depth and realism than previous companies I have had training with.

It was time again to renew my Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid certificate for working at a primary school. Mick was our trainer and he was excellent at teaching us the ropes of all the important facts we needed to know to refresh our memories. We watched very realistic clips and shared stories to prepare ourselves for real life events. It is very good to learn about important changes to constantly stay up-to-date. If you are a Newcomer you don't need to worry as Mick is very gentle and understands some people are more anxious than others. As an real life like extra we have been shown and practised on how to use a bleed kit which helps save lives. Thanks again for a great service Mick and I will see you in 3 years for my Refresher training. 😊

We arranged first-aid training for eleven members of staff that was held in a fantastic location with great facilities. Felice was an amazing trainer - professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Every single one of our team stated that the first-aid course was the best that they had been on and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. OMG!.... What a course! Attended a 3 Day First Aid At Work course and it was amazing....not the sort of thing for another run of the mill needed for a work place, but this course was run by Mick, and was the most engaging and realistic classroom course I have ever been on. Practical skills were placed in real places throughout the venue and the use of real persons were implemented. Course content was enhanced by Mick, by the use of his extensive prior experience and enhanced further by the use of props and Beth. Thanks to you both in making the course the most enjoyable ever. Highly Recommended!!

Just finished a two day course today and felt obliged to leave a review because of how good it was. Felice is an awesome teacher, very knowledgeable, charismatic and a genuinely nice man. The lesson was a really good balance of practical and theory. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions and all answered thoroughly but without any waffle. The lessons were 9-4 but they flew by so quickly and I feel myself wanting to learn more.

I did another first aid course 2 years ago with a different company and felt like I was just being lectured, very classroomy feel and not much guidance through the practical parts. With FS training this was not the case at all. Our class size was 12 and I can say with confidence that even though we didn't know each other we all had lots of fun and a good laugh.

Can't say much about value for money as was sent through work but can't stop telling people at my work how good it was!
