I’ve used the cryo chamber twice now and had great experiences both times. It felt a little daunting at first but Adam and Claire are very professional and explained everything to me fully before I got in. I’ve felt great benefits both times and would recommend anyone that’s thinking about it to go ahead and give it a go. It’s amazing that this is now accessible as I’d only read about it before or heard about its amazing benefits on people talking about it on health podcasts.

Amazing experience at factory cryo today... the venue is very relaxed and adam completely put me at ease about the treatment (my first cryo experience).. i have suffered with shoulder pain for years now and as soon as i stepped out of the cryochamber my pain was massively less than before. Very positive experience and i will 100% be back for more. Very happy i found FACTORY CRYO 👍

Used the cryotherapy after I torn my MCL, wanted to try this to help with my eczema too. The staff are super friendly and informative and I feel like it's helped already. Definitely including this in part of my regular recovery!

Had my first treatment in the cryo chamber recently and I can't recommend it enough. It noticeably helped with the pain/inflammation I've had whilst recovering from a recent surgery. Adam was fantastic at talking me though everything and making the treatment as easy as possible. If you're unsure about giving this a go, get booked in, you won't regret it!

I’ve been to Factory Cryo a couple of times now, once after training at the gym and once after a breathing workshop, I took someone with me both times to share the experience.
Adam talks you through the whole process and as well as the benefits the experience in itself is interesting and actually pretty fun.
The cold is manageable and your body returns to normal very quickly when you come out. I found that afterwards I felt relaxed, there’s a sort of gentle euphoric feeling that I noticed and on both occasions I fell asleep noticeably faster than usual that night - something that I often struggle with - and slept well throughout.
I will be returning here and I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in exploring new ways of healing their body or in sports recovery.

Great facility, even better recovery.
The Cryo chamber is an excellent way of recovering after a tough session in any sport.
I have used the chamber for recovery from sport and also to reduce inflammation after a shoulder surgery (which worked really well and helped with pain).
I walked out feeling very refreshed, full of life and went on to have the best nights sleep i'd ever had.
No aches and pains the following day either!
10/10 would recommend.

I went to Factory Cryo as I had been struggling to sleep and also experiencing some pain in my elbows and shoulders since starting pilates. Adam explained the entire process to me and reassured me I could handle the cold, he guided me all the way through making me feel at ease. Afterwards I felt less pain and inflammation and slept better than I had in weeks. A great experience and outcome!
