I never find anything here anymore compared to a year ago . Use to be a really friendly lady that worked there too that made it nice to visit .
There's still some nice and fair priced furniture.

I found the staff to be quite rude when I took some pre-loved items in for donation. They didn’t even look at me. When I did eventually get there attention they said “just dump them there” ,no thank you or smile ,nothing.i did pull the manager and said “a thank you would have been nice” she told me “we’re busy can’t you see”. I’ll take my pre-loved items to a different cause from now on.

This is the best charity shop in Carlisle (maybe in England as well)! Great variety of items and many sections, including specialistic ones (sports, weddings, board games, prams, etc.). Prices are excellent and everything is tidy and organised, it's just a pleasure to shop here and look around! A bigger section has opened upstairs a few months ago adding an extra huge shopping floor. Staff os friendly and polite and your money supports animals 🙂 what else? Go shopping here!

LOVE this shop I visit regular & always find items to buy. Lovely staff, there if needed but leave you to browse, I could spend an hour there no problem. A member of staff helped with my breakables to the car Owen great service. Buying from a charity that supports animals is just the icing on the cake.

Amazing place for a rummage, especially bric a brac, feels like a proper old fashioned charity shop where you can find some true gems. They also have their own little carpark which really helps with dropping off donations, but be aware there are only a few spaces and it's often full!

Often pop for a look. Parking can be a nightmare. Some of the stock in here for weeks now. Most items are overpriced. Saw a cuddly toy in there and the head was stitched back on. There are far better charity shops in Carlisle, afraid this one needs improved quickly as they need an overhaul of the stock

Great selection of just about everything and anything, furniture, white goods, crockery, glassware, clothing (women's, men's and children's), bedding, cookware, disability aids, books (they have a separate reading room), ornaments, bric a brac, toys and childcare products etc. The place is bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. It also has a wheelchair accessible entrance and ramps inside to help you access all areas. The staff are all friendly and helpful, so if you need help just ask. I visit this place just about every week and there's always something new. The prices are really good too.

I use to like this charity shop. Until a friend and I took a little bit of charity on Sunday, we decided to have a look around and while doing so my friend overheard them saying " just put that junk next to the other junk!". I wouldn't care but my friend took a brand new pair of shoes and glassware ware for a party, I took a brand new handbag and other good items. Then to have them call it junk to me is an insult!
But you can rest assured we will be taking our items somewhere else where they are appreciated in future.
