This care home is the worst, my mother went in for rest bite over Christmas 2021, within 3 weeks she passed away, during the 3 weeks she was there , my siblings were concerned, the staff insisted my mother was always sitting on the floor, !! After several attempts at Trying to explain that she also had macular degeneration, eventually she ended up in hospital with a head injury, my sister complained that my mother was un washed, the staff insisted she wasnt, when challenged that ALL her shampoos, body wash Etc wasnt opened, they then agreed maybe she wasnt !!!!.

The third week my mother was very very incoherent, couldn't drink by herself, couldn't eat couldn't swallow, when the staff were challenged YET again, they claimed my mother had walked to the dinning hall that day and eaten stew and dumplings,!!! This was impossible as i Know she couldn't at that time even suck liquid through a straw, so it was impossible for her to eat solid food.

I went to see my mother the day she passed, she was very distressed and obviously under the influence of some very strong medication, within 2 hours she passed,

The care home staff stated they were suprised she wasn't under end of life care!!!! Yes she had Dementia, but she walked to the car, walked from the car to the home, yet a week later she couldn't speak or eat, No Doctor had said she was in the last days, since my mother passed away we as a family have been trying to get a meeting with the staff to hear there side of what happened the day of her passing away, we have had excuses after excuse after excuse, still no confirmed date, i suspect that they are avoiding us hopefully we will give up , i wanted to see the CCTV for that day to see if what they told us was true, but knowing from past experience, the footage ( fortunately for them) has probably been deleted.

Dont send your loved ones here if you really care for them as they wont, its just money for them.

I know this review will probably be deleted, but it doesn't matter, im making it my task to publish on every social network i can , these people dont care, and they should
