We completed a four-week self defence course with Tracey and John as a family of four. They shared their extensive knowledge and experience with us in a fun and engaging way. We have been doing Krav Maga as a family (children 10 & 12y) for less than a year, and it is incredible how much we have learned so far. From hand grabs to knife attacks, Tracey and John have been teaching us on how to protect ourselves from a wide range of real life situations. Tracey and John are not only experienced instructors, they are the best and can adapt the lessons according to our individual needs. Highly recommended!

My two children have been attending karate classes with Tracey and John for about two years now. The kids absolutely love the classes! The teachers have individual approach to each child and train them in accordance to the specific child’s abilities.
