Very rude lady at the reception named Hailey/Haley. Very curt and unwelcoming for a front desk representative. She sent us to check in to a room, and we found it was already occupied!! When I called the front desk she said I have to come back and take keys to a new room. The reception and the rooms are far apart and you've to walk a lot or have your own vehicle to go back and forth. I went back to the reception, got the new keys, went back to the other building, and this time the keys didn't work. When I called her again, she very casually asked me to come back to the reception a 3rd time to collect yet another set of keys?!
Didn't even apologize once for the mistake or inconvenience.
Seriously unprofessional lady, and not a welcoming atmosphere at all.
There is no other staff other than security staff all the way at the main gate, and you have to go off and stay in buildings that are quite a walk from each other, and you don't see other people around.
If you're not travelling in a group, you likely won't see another soul here other than the front desk.
Do not recommend staying here.

Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. It’s a military like facility in the middle of nowhere with no customer service after 6pm. The heating wasn’t working on the entire building. We asked security to turn it on or provide another room (in another building?) and they weren’t helpful and were deceitful. We slept in a freezing cold room. We sent a complaint and never received a reply.

Couldn't get booked into our usual place so booked here as it gave use of a swimming pool and gym. You have to pay to use these and, as there was no one to give an induction my husband could only use the pool. Apart from that it was fine. Mo parking problems like some places in Cotswolds and on outskirts of Moreton but suited us

Excellent value for money. We were unsure as to what to expect but the welcome was really warm and friendly. |The site itself was peaceful and the room clean and comfortable.|Would happily stay here again when back in the area.|It was unusual but a really great stay.

Quiet, peaceful, free safe parking, very clean, basic with no frills but perfect for aur overnight stopover.||Think VERY CLEAN fire service training accommodation in a quiet secure location off the beaten track.....||Thoroughly recommend for a value overnight stay!

Visited with a group of friends. Not the usual type of accommodation as it is on a complex with blocks of rooms. Rooms were clean but quite bare. Very like a cheap travel lodge. Had tea / coffee facilities in room. Shower was good. Beds a little solid and I'm not used to sleeping with a single duvet!!!. No facilities at all were open when we were there. No catering, pool was closed. 5 minute drive or 40 minute walk to Moreton. Be aware taxis are very difficult to get. Tidy enough. I think I would rather spend a bit more next time and stay elsewhere.

Excellent facility for training and development. Endless level of operational scenarios available. Accommodation is very good, everything you need in the room and extras in the block such as laundry, lounge and meeting room. Good restaurant with decent choice of food. Sports centre and bar on site too to relax after courses. Staff are welcoming and very helpful. A brilliant facility that the industry is lucky to have.
