Brilliant program at a great price.

As a shift worker, going to the gym and eating well can be challenging. Ola fully grasped my circumstances and created a bespoke program that slotted effortlessly into my routine.

The meals are tasty, affordable and easy to prepare. The workout plans are balanced, easy to follow and effective. In just 6 weeks I’ve seen really solid gains, and I’d say I’m now in a pretty much unbreakable routine of good food prep and gym-going.
