The fitness studio is incredible. Beata, whom I've known for years, is consistently inspiring with her dedication to fitness. The yoga class I have attended was enjoyable, with a friendly atmosphere and a knowledgeable, professional instructor. Renting the studio for my dance practice was a delight—the space is both creative and inspiring, located in a fantastic spot. Excited to return!

Such a great space for personal training. Joe is one of the best PTs I worked with. Super professional, pushing me to the limit while being fun and engaging and on top of everything he’s been just amazing with my very active and cheeky toddler! Fantastic solution for busy mums looking to get back in shape.

If you're looking for 1-to-1 coaching sessions, Fitness VIP is the place. All trainers are highly professional and classes are tailored to every client's needs. My initial goals were achieved and I feel much stronger and more toned. And there's always a good atmosphere in the studio!
