Disappointed to see their training course included irrelevant, inflammatory content, that referred to all cyclists as aggressive and “forceful”. This was supposed to be a professional, paid for training course. Road safety isn’t some sort of “joke” for HGV/PSV drivers and I felt this really does set the wrong impression, and targets vulnerable road users, such as cyclists.
Sorry, but one star for this. Cyclists can include children, and professional drivers need to look out for them, and not call them names.

Lift Truck Instructor Course.

After attending a lift truck instructor course with Viamaster Training, I can say with conviction that you will have to go a long way to find a company as professional as these people.
They immediately identify your needs and expectations and work with you to achieve your goal.

The Instructor, (Dale Taafe) will guide you through the programme at an easy pace. He is available to answer questions at all times and he immediately puts the trainee at ease with his professional and experienced approach.
The training facilities and environment are second to none. Warm well set out training rooms, a large undercover training area with all the training aids needed to complete your training.

Definitely a 5 Star organisation
