Lyndsey was able to diagnose my ankle injury straight away. Over the course of two sessions, plus exercises tailored to my injury I’m now up & about with no pain. Lyndsay certainly knows what she’s doing & I would recommend her work.

Lyndsey has been working through some much needed release of my hamstrings and glutes. She's incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. We have some way to go before I'm 100% but I absolutely feel my body is releasing bit by bit. I've felt so much better than I have in a long time, genuinely wouldn't go to anyone else now.

Sadly I have had many physio sessions over recent times and I went to Lyndsey as I recently joined the sister gym (The Club) downstairs. Lyndsey took the time to explain what she thought the problem was, and talked thru the treatment as she carried it out... very thoroughly I would add! Looking forward to the next session and the road to recovery !
