My position as an English/Science teacher with Fly Teachers has been extraordinary thanks to the help of my recruiter Kate Lee finding a good fit for me. I admire my Principal as she truly cares for her students, and who are also really good. I have been well cared for with amenities, food, support and people here in South Korea. I only wish I had come here sooner. It has been helpful to practice Korean on DuoLingo and to have Apps like Papago, DEEPL, Kakaotalk , and WhatsAPP. I purchased an electric bicycle and I am having a blast!

Update: I reached back out to Kate earlier this month about applying to the few schools currently on their site. She was quick to respond a day or so later with some follow up questions and seemed eager to help. It has been over a week and she has stopped responding to emails and has offered no explanation. It’s a shame as she was so helpful the first time around.

Kate has been so helpful with applying and accepting a teaching position in South Korea. Kate presented me with a few options and provided pros and cons for each school. Kate is very informed on the process and provided great insight. FlyTeachers was absolutely amazing and would definitely recommend using the company. Our recruiter Kate was caring, understanding and always a phone call/ text message away (no matter what hour of the day or night). She managed to answer all of our questions, give us solutions to problems and understood difficult situations that we found ourselves in, especially trying to go overseas with the current pandemic.

She supported us from trying to find a school in South Africa all the way through the quarantine process in Seoul, this included phoning the necessary people, school's director and health officials. Making sure we are comfortable and looked after.

There were literally no cons with the process the school seems amazing(starting next week) and I cannot wait to start, our recruiter was insightful and super friendly and she managed to get us in Korea which is a picturesque country full of adventure and new experiences.
