Started training here a month ago and couldn’t be more happy with this place it’s like my second home now and would recommend this gym to anybody weather your a beginner or an expert.

You get everything here from an amazing kitted out gym, stupendously outstanding and friendly coaches who always provide there time and support who really value there members along with the amazing team I couldn’t ask any more.
I feel blessed and honoured to be apart of such an amazing team and would recommend anyone of any level and age to get involved.

Joined up on opening day and never looked back since. All the instructors are freindly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and learn at your pace. The training is amazing and well constructed. I have just done my 1st tournament within 6 months of joining its given me that much confidence! Highly recommend you won't regret joining. If you love a fist bump then you won't be dissapointented!

I took my children to the open day and will definitely sign them up for weekly classes. The sessions were age appropriate, professional and engaging. This is what’s been missing in the community, prime location, parking, and highly trained instructors.

After taking a few years away from mixed martial arts, I realised I needed to have it back in my life. From the very first day I showed up at Folkestone Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Team, the coaches and training partners made me feel incredibly welcome. Everyone is so supportive of each other, and there’s no ego at all. The club facilities are maintained to a very high standard, with regular cleaning and excellent hygiene practices.

From my observations of students who are brand new to the sport, their rapid progression within a short space of time is a clear testament to the effectiveness of the teaching methods. The coaches have been immensely helpful, especially for those of us who were starting from behind. I’m excited to continue training into the new year and proud to be part of such a fantastic club that does so much for the Folkestone community.

I've cross trained at folkstone jiu jitsu team a couple of times now it's about an hour and 15 minutes away from me but deffinitely worth the trip, everyone is very welcoming and the level of instruction is great, the sparring is competitive, the gym is laid out really well with two large mat spaces which are well kept and clean, the free parking is also right outside the door! Check these guys out if you're interested the area!

After thinking about trying jiu-jitsu for a while I went in for a trial session. The coaches and members were very friendly and welcoming. The sessions are great and the coaches styles of teaching caters to everyone in the class. I cannot recommend Folkestone Jiu-jitsu team enough.

Our son has recently joined (aged 7) and it’s a really great atmosphere and feel to the place. The instructors are so great with the kids and really get them involved and support them. They play games related to BJJ so learning whilst having fun. Really pleased we signed him up here.
