Hello, just wanted to let you know that I was very disappointed about yesterday. First I wasn't told that I was gonna get a code to get the keys, I went there at 2 and waited till half 2, called and messaged but no answer. Until I was gonna send an email and saw your email. 2nd, no one was there to show us inside and explain where were everything,
we had to open all the doors to know, 3rd there were only 3 tables, and I needed much more than that and had to go get more tables somewhere else. 4 there an incident with the fire alarm, it came off, and kept going for 45mins, I called and messaged again but no answer, until we finally saw how to muted it, 5th we had to again look everywhere to know where we can get brush to clean up, didn't know where to put the bins nothing. I think should have more communications, or at least someone to give you keys and show you everything, specially fire exit etc. Won't rent again
