A fantastic place to train. All the instructors are really supportive and push/encourage each individual to be the best that they can be. Training at Fortress has given me the confidence in my abilities to complete other endurance type challenges. Everyone is extremely friendly and I feel very safe during the different activities in class. Whether it's general fitness or martial arts Fortress has something to offer for everyone. 100% recommend it.

The best martial arts academy I've been to in 25+ years of training. I've been at Fortress for a couple of years now and it's great for improving physical fitness, mental strength and technique. Friendly instructors and class mates who all help each other. Thoroughly recommended.

My eldest son started training at fortress in 2013 quickly joined by my youngest son. Fortress Academy is a wonderful, supportive and caring place. Not only does the academy help with the physical element but also improves confidence. My children go to fortress not because I want them to but because they want to go.

Absolutely brilliant academy with great instructors and a really friendly bunch of people. I've been training there for a few years and I was instantly hooked from my very first class! Couldn't recommend more and anyone who is thinking about learning about BJJ, thai boxing, kickboxing, MMA or simply looking to get fitter should just come down and give it a try - you won't regret coming to Fortress!

Fortress has recently started offering additional services and I took part in a seminar about effective breathing. It was fascinating and gave me a great daily routine to improve my breathing and health!

My daughter has been attending Fortress for nearly 2 years now. For most of that time she has been the only female in the class but the environment and instructors are so encouraging and supportive she hasn't been phasedby this. Very dedicated and professional outfit, would highly recommend

I have been at this academy since 2007. Not only has it helped with my fitness, it's also help me with my confidence and mental strengths. It's a great friendly place to go. My husband and 2 sons also attended the academy, so more time to spend with my family while keeping fit. I attend the Kickboxing, MMA and BJJ classes. Holding a Blackbelt in Kickboxing.
