Not helpful all all. I had a course with them and fully paid, attended practical by zoom, but the tutor forgot to signed me in, they didn’t issue my certificate and didn’t return my money. They just wasted my time and money because of their fault. I am considering official complain against them.

Tutors are great my main issues was I did the courses before putting my staff on them to experience it myself. Once the course was done I have been trying for over 4 weeks to get a follow up questions answered given 2 different emails and then eventually a phone number and when I called I just got told to email in.

The company is a disgrace, the agreed date of the course was changed without informing me about this change, this morning I printed out a confirmation with the date and time of the course but upon arrival it turned out that the course had already taken place. This is a disgrace. I traveled 500 miles for nothing!!! I do not recommend this pseudo company to anyone

I did the peripheral cannulation course with Martin at geopace yesterday. Cannot fault the course at all. I cannot understand the people who are complaining about this course. What do you expect for the price you are paying? Top course, thank you geopace and team.

I really enjoyed my 2 day course for introduction into phlebotomy. I come away feeling like I had learnt so much and was given so much information on the course. It was very interesting and the tutor made the course an enjoyable experience. I would definitely do another course with Geopace and would recommend them to anyone.

I completed an Introduction to Phlebotomy Course with Geopace Training and it was absolutely brilliant. The tutor was fantastic and supported me and the rest of the class throughout the whole process, they were very informative and it was clear that they were very knowledgeable on the topic. The course is accredited by the Open College Network and CPD so I felt that it was a legitimate and well recognised course. I am looking forward to completing more courses with Geopace in the future and will recommend to all of my family and friends.

Just completed a 2 day Introduction to phlebotomy course. My tutor Mark was very thorough and took careful measures in helping me grasp a concept that was very new to me.
