Ordered on the Wednesday after the next day delivery cut off. Assume it would then be dealt with for the next day.

Sent an email asking about it when it would come didn’t receive a reply.

Phoned and spoke to Melisa Thursday who told me it would be here before Saturday (when I needed the items for) told it was with the warehouse and would be dispatched and I will receive tracking info.

Didn’t receive tracking info the next day. Had to phone up again to be told off Rachel it will be sent on Monday now due to a problem in the warehouse with the belt.

Why hasn’t anyone been in contact? I phoned the day before to make sure it would be here by Saturday.

Can’t cancel the order as too far down the line. Even though it’s not even left the warehouse. So going to cost you guys money to send then cost money for me to send back. Logic

Deliveries are too slow and the drivers are grumpy and unhelpful - they are not employed by GLS so they don't care. Too big a company to really take the care. Tended to find their cheap products are cheap and nasty.
