Fantastic trainer Paul Nestor great tutor who was excellent all week the course was explained in a way you took in all information even if you have no management experience, all the modules broken down and explained in way that it made sense. Definitely would recommend Goldcross training 10/10. At times I wasn't sure if I would pass but Paul made sure we took in the information prepared us for the final exam on Friday. All round great experience ?

The absolute worse experience I have ever had in my entire life from a customer service team.
was subjected to a foul tempered woman the very first time I called simply requesting we change the date who then tried to turn it around on myself as if I was being unreasonable.
To say she seemed an emotional wreck was an understatement, and even if she had just had the worse customer in the world on the phone prior, it is no excuse as this is her job and she should be professional.
None the less she would not help.
Then to the course day coincidentally I was very unwell, I did not feel attending a classroom and making other Ill would be appropriate therefore I emailed before the course had started and requested that I rebook the course for another day.
Not only did they point blank refuse and make it out to be my fault as if I had done something wrong bug had the cheek to insult me by offering %10 if I booked again.
So they take £300 for doing absolutely nothing, and then expect another £300 to be paid and be so kind as to deduct £30 I mean come on.
Even if they had offered me a new date with a fee or anything this would have been welcomed but the attitude lacked compassion lacked professionalism and simply did not give a toss in the slightest.
Once I felt better and was more myself I decided to get back in touch regarding this as I felt this just could not be right this time I thought I would mention that the fee was in fact paid for by a charity trying to help me.
Not only did they completely ignore the elephant in the room which is that they comfortably received £300 from a charity attempting to help someone but also went on to state that they had contacted the charity to say I could never use their service and did not see me a supervisors material.
Aside from simple covering their own backs they felt the need to go on a character assassination.
It all just highlights how pathetic these individuals are and how important £300 is to them above any individual and even a ch

I attended the 5 day block SMSTS course from 08-15th March. The course tutor was Michael and overall it was an excellent experience. Michael provided a good energy and teaching style which was informative and backed up with good industry experience and understanding.

I would definitely recommend attending this course to friends and colleagues and look forward to undertaking further training at some point in the future.
