I've been a member of Gracie Barra Chelmsford for over a year now. Amazing team of people who run the club and made me feel very welcome right from day 1. They have tonnes of different class times to try to cater for all members who have busy lifestyles and the coaching staff are always very friendly and willing to help out whenever you have questions.
I'd encourage anyone who was looking to try BJJ, attend a Gracie Barra Chelmsford lessson, it wont disappoint!

Have recently joined and found the classes enjoyable and well structured. It’s a friendly welcoming environment where all staff help make it a great atmosphere, and you learn something after every session from the skilled instructors. There are lessons available at multiple times a day too which if great to try and fit in around a busy schedule!

GBChelmsford is the place to go if you wish to learn jiu jitsu. The atmosphere, the energy and the professor for me is what makes this a fun but serious place to learn. It’s paramount to feel in safe hands and feel that you can question any drill that you are unsure of to bring out the best in yourself at this amazing sport.

I can highly recommend GB Chelmsford, my 12yr old son and 14yr old daughter started training there a year ago and next thing I new I was on the mats training! it has been and continues to be a great learning and motivating experience. Highly recommend! I’ve been there for nearly two months now, after starting with no previous BJJ experience and pretty low confidence. Immediately, Inesa and the team helped me to feel welcome into a community that look out for one another. Beth has been a great trainer at the women’s classes and I’m gaining more confidence each week. If you’re considering it but don’t know where to start, give it a try!

My 3 year old has been taking classes for about a month now and he absolutely loves it. The teachers are great with him and all the other little ones and they are having fun but learning at the same time. So glad we chose Gracie Barra
